Joey Gallo made comments last week on how the field plays offensively after he got the opportunity to take some batting practice at his new home which gave us at least a glimpse of what Globe Life Field might be. The Texas Rangers are no doubt eager to show off their state of the art ballpark which features a retractable roof that should offset some of the Texas heat which summer Rangers’ home games have become notorious for. The regular season still has yet to get underway after the COVID-19 pandemic which in turn has delayed the opening of the highly anticipated Globe Life Field.
